This site, now in its 27th season, is a labour of love and fun from one of Ottawa's most avid time trialists and number crunchers. It adheres to and is permitted by the laws of Canada, promotes the objectives of every bicycle club whose results are shown, and is donated free of charge by myself for your enjoyment and usage. If you would like results from series you ride in to be shown here, give me (celia.mcinnis@gmail.com) a shout!
NOTE that this site had to be quickly moved to a new server with a new version of Perl. Unfortunately the way of interacting with the web form has changed, so I'll have to do some reprogramming to get the buttons and search boxes working. Meanwhile the links work fine and you can always add query specifications into the URL! :-)

John Warren cmments: "Thirteen riders arrived at Union Hall to cool, breezy conditions. All riders finished. The fastest was Neil Farish (ABC) in a time of 23:03. Celia McInnis (ABC) was the fastest female in a time of 26:46, a Season Best time. Jesse Kranz had a time of 27:22, excellent performance for a first ever time trial and on a road bike. There were 4 Season Best times and one Course Best time."

Celia adds: Not only was it cool and breezy, but the very high air pressure made for a slow night. Regardless, four of us managed to improve upon our season-series best. The most improved was Celia McInnis, with a 9.24% cube speed improvement, and her excuses were the new (for her) wheels along with more experience on this course. Al Watson, his arm no longer in a sling, was almost improved at 9.03%, and this shows that he didn't lose fitness during his time off the bike. Larry Burge, 2nd overall tonight had a 4.08% improvement on this, his third ride on the course, while Greg Calnan, after a low season's start, has managed to improve the last six times on this course! Just one more chance this year to take on this course!

The next and last 15k TT; meet at Union Hall, Tues., Sept. 24, at 5:30 pm. for a 6:00 pm start. Note the earlier start time, since the sun is setting earlier.

The 2nd Tatlock Rd. cleanup has been changed to Wed. 25 Sept. and will take place from Union Hall at 6:00 pm. With enough volunteers it only takes 1 hour. Contact Bob Woods at 613-256-1874 if you can help out.
